Projoy PEFS-EL50H-10-P2 String-Level Rapid Shutdown Switch

The Projoy PEFS-EL50H-10-P2 is a robust 5-string rapid shutdown solution engineered for high-voltage commercial and residential solar arrays. Known as a Firefighter Safety Switch, it provides an essential layer of protection by physically isolating the DC voltage directly at the array level. In the event of a fire or grid failure, the device automatically shuts down, eliminating high-voltage DC risks for emergency responders.

Advanced Safety & Emergency Protection

  • High Voltage Compatibility: Rated for systems up to 1500 VDC and currents up to 50A per string.
  • Automatic Disconnection: Shuts down automatically if AC power is lost for more than 5 seconds or if internal temperatures exceed 70°C (158°F).
  • Multi-String Support: Equipped with 10 poles to manage up to 5 independent PV strings.
  • Rugged Durability: Housed in a flame-retardant, IP66-rated UV-resistant enclosure designed for 25+ years of outdoor service.
  • Built-in Breathing Valve: Prevents condensation buildup inside the enclosure, protecting sensitive motor components.
