Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Solar Shopping Mall reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Solar Shopping Mall reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Solar Shopping Mall, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom cut cables, batteries and special orders cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except in cases of verified defects or warranty claims.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sawtechnology@gmail.com and send your item to: 3505 Laird Road Unit 18 Mississauga ON L5L5Y7.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3505 Laird Road Unit 18 Mississauga ON L5L5Y7.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.

We do not accept return for international orders which are outside Canada.

Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability

(a) The products we sell are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, including any applicable conditions, restrictions, or guidelines, as long as that warranty is transferable to you. Our company does not offer any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that we are not the manufacturer and are not liable as such.

(b) If there is an issue covered by the manufacturer’s warranty—such as defects in materials or workmanship—your sole remedy will be as specified in that warranty. All warranty claims or service requests must follow the process set by the manufacturer.

(c) We are not responsible for the length, coverage, or enforceability of the manufacturer’s warranty. The terms of the warranty may change at the manufacturer’s discretion without prior notice.

(d) The warranties described above are the only warranties we provide. We disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

(e) We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided in brochures, proposals, or specifications.

(f) Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same province where Solar Shopping Mall holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Solar Shopping Mall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Solar Shopping Mall shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Solar Shopping Mall will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
