Home Renovation Savings Program for Ontario

Starting January 28, 2025, the Home Renovation Savings Program will offer rebates up to $5,000 for rooftop solar panels and an additional $5,000 for battery storage systems.

Canada Greener Homes Loan interest free up to $40,000

The Canada Greener Homes Loan helps Canadians make their homes more energy efficient and comfortable. It offers interest-free financing in addition to the Canada Greener Homes Grant to help you complete some of the more major retrofits recommended by your energy advisor.

Clean Technology Investment Tax Credit

A refundable 30% tax credit on capital cost of investments made by taxable entities (businesses) in wind, solar PV and energy-storage technologies.  This credit is available to all project spending started on or after, March 28, 2023, though to 2034 and is designed to be used in conjunction with the existing enhanced Capital Cost Allowance.
