The Morningstar TriStar TS-45 is a sophisticated 45-amp controller that provides more features and capabilities than any other unit in its class. Designed for both residential and professional applications, the TS-45 offers unique 3-in-1 functionality. A single unit can be configured to operate as a high-capacity solar charge controller, a robust DC load controller, or a diversion regulator for wind and hydro systems.
Unlike standard controllers limited to 12V or 24V, the TriStar TS-45 supports 12V, 24V, and 48V battery banks. Engineered for extreme reliability, it features a massive heat sink and a fanless design, allowing it to operate at full rated current in ambient temperatures up to 45°C without the risk of mechanical failure. Its 100% solid-state design and RS-232 communication port make it the backbone of advanced off-grid power infrastructure.
