The Morningstar ProStar PS-15 has been the world’s leading mid-range PWM solar controller since 1995, with over 350,000 units installed in more than 100 countries. This 15-amp, 12V/24V dual-voltage controller is the perfect bridge between small residential units and large industrial systems, offering professional-grade reliability for off-grid homes, remote cabins, and telecommunications sites.
What defines the ProStar is its "Tropicalization"—a combination of conformal coating on the internal circuitry, stainless steel fasteners, and a massive anodized aluminum heat sink. This ensures the PS-15 thrives in high-temperature, high-humidity environments where lesser controllers fail. With an estimated 15-year service life, it is the definition of "set it and forget it" off-grid power.

For maximum accuracy, we recommend utilizing the dedicated battery voltage sense terminals, especially if the controller is mounted more than 5 meters from the battery bank.
