The Auto Pulse Battery Desulfator is a specialized maintenance tool designed to tackle sulfation, the leading cause of premature lead-acid battery failure. By utilizing advanced High-Frequency Peak Pulse technology, this device generates an electronically controlled 10,000Hz pulse that dissolves hardened sulfate crystals back into the electrolyte solution. This process restores the battery's ability to accept a charge and deliver power, effectively rejuvenating banks that would otherwise require replacement.
Engineered for versatility, this unit features automatic voltage detection for 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V systems. This makes it an ideal maintenance companion for golf carts, solar battery banks, RVs, and marine vessels. Unlike older inductor-based desulfators that can damage internal plates with harsh voltage spikes, this model uses a "soft pulse" method that safely cleans battery plates without causing structural harm.
| Compatible Voltages | 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V (Auto-Sensing) |
| Pulse Frequency | 10,000 Hz |
| Peak Amp Output | 2A Max |
| Working Current | 20mA Max |
| Compatible Battery Types | Lead-Acid, AGM, Flooded, VRLA, SLA |
For optimal results, the desulfator should be used on batteries that are functional but showing reduced performance. The restoration process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks of continuous use. Note that this device cannot revive batteries with shorted cells, physical plate damage, or those that have completely dried out.
Technical Tip: To maximize effectiveness, ensure the battery is connected to a quality trickle charger while the desulfator is active. This provides the necessary environment for dissolved sulfates to re-enter the electrolyte solution.
