xAPsmart RSD Single Transmitter PLC Outdoor Kit
The APsmart RSD Single Transmitter PLC Outdoor Kit is the core communication hub for your rapid shutdown system. By broadcasting a continuous "keep-alive" signal via Power Line Communication (PLC), it allows SunSpec-certified RSD units to remain active. In the event of an emergency or AC power loss, the signal stops, and the RSD units immediately execute a rapid shutdown, ensuring your solar array meets NEC 2017 & 2020 690.12 safety requirements.
